Thi "Cathy" Tra, CPA/CFF/ABV, CFE - President
Thi has approximately fourteen years of experience providing bookkeeping, tax, financial forensics, litigation services and expert testimony. Thi specializes in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, examining and analyzing financial reports, estimating economic damages in commercial litigation, business valuation, fraud examination, and other financial forensic services. This includes five years of public accounting with two years of experience with a Big Four accounting firm. She has experience with a wide array of industries including construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, transportation, healthcare, retail, real estate, telecommunication, personal and commercial services, as well as other industries.

Huyen Pham
Huyen graduated in 2010 from University of Houston – Clear Lake with a Master of Science Accounting. She has over twelve years of tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax reporting.
Huyen enjoys spending time with her families and traveling while away from work.

Lacey Shaw
Lacey is a graduate from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a Bachelor's in accounting and graduated in August 2019 from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Master of Science Accounting.
Lacey is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for Online, Desktop, and Enterprise versions. She is thorough and detailed when serving our clients.
While away from the office, she loves being outdoors, riding horses, and enjoying time with family.

Alvin T. Reagan, CPA, CFE, EA - Advisor
Alvin is a Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent and a Certified Fraud Examiner, who enjoys helping individuals and businesses with their tax challenges.
With over 40 years of experience, Al sees his mission to take the stress out of income taxes by offering straight forward solutions to the (sometimes) complex problems.
When not working, Al enjoys teaching judo, as well as reading and music.

Jeffrey L. Blanchard, EA, CTRS, Realtor
Jeff is the sole owner of Blanchard Tax, Inc.*
Jeffrey has been a licensed Enrolled Agent “EA” since 2003 and earned the Certified Tax Resolution Specialist “CTRS” designation in 2016. He also became a licensed REALTOR in Texas in 2013 (Corpus Christi Realty Group - Jeremy DeLaGarza, broker). He has 20 years of experience in handling I.R.S. Problem Resolution cases, as well as, tax return preparation.
